Refund policy

Package purchased from CINÈST are handmade in our shop and built to order, we do not accept returns. This applies to package that have been subject to customization. If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

In the event of defect, please refer to CINÈST Warranty info.

 

In the event of damage that has occurred during shipping, please DO NOT DISPOSE OF PACKAGING and contact us at support@cinest.com immediately. You will also need to email the carrier. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. We will happily assist in the process, but the shipping carrier is liable for damaged packages or loss of items during shipment.
