Is this TV cabinet compatible with all ultra-short throw projectors?

This product is compatible with 99% of ultra-short throw projectors on the market, including brands like Epson, AWOL and Hisense. It supports screen sizes ranging from 80 to 200 inches.

Is it complicated to adjust an ultra-short throw projector? Do I need professional installation?

Not at all. The cabinet features a built-in four-way adjustable mounting system (up/down and forward/backward). You can easily fine-tune the projector physically, which helps minimize the image distortion often caused by digital keystone correction.

After the initial setup using the system remote, will I need to recalibrate it frequently?

No. The system includes a smart memory chip that remembers the position. After the initial setup, you can simply use your projector remote to extend it to the optimal calibrated position with one click each time you power it on.

Will the built-in fan inside the cabinet affect the viewing experience?

Not at all. The system uses temperature-controlled activation and only turns on when the internal temperature exceeds 35°C (95°F). Under normal conditions, it remains silent, maintaining a perfect balance between cooling and quiet operation.

Are there any safety features built into the cabinet?

Yes. The mounting system includes anti-pinch protection and a physical reset button (please refer to the user manual for details). In case of any irregularities, the system can automatically stop or reset to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Can I store devices like an AV receiver, amplifier, Blu-ray player, or gaming console inside the cabinet?

Yes. The cabinet is designed to neatly conceal your projector, AV equipment, and cables. When not in use, it keeps your space clean and clutter-free, prevents dust buildup, and helps extend the lifespan of your devices.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully and note any damage by signing “Damaged” on the proof of delivery (freight document). Check your items thoroughly, and if anything is missing, defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately. Please keep all original packaging, as it is required. If there is an issue, we recommend contacting our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to take photos or a short video showing the issue. Providing images of the product, packaging, and external labels will help us expedite the process. Please note that we are not responsible for repair costs incurred through unauthorized third-party services.

What is your return policy?

TV Cabinet purchased from Cinest are handmade in our shop and built to order, we do not accept returns.

This applies to TV Cabinet that have been subject to customization. If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our TV cabinets are handcrafted. For the most up-to-date delivery timeline, please contact us at Support@Cinest.com. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, if you need your cabinet for a special occasion or as a gift, we recommend placing your order well in advance. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

United States: Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.
However, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military address, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders. If a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

Our delivery service includes in-home delivery and installation. Please ensure the product is received and inspected for any damage before confirming acceptance of the order.

What should I do if my package is lost?

Your shipment is insured. In the event that your package is lost, please report it to the police immediately and provide us with the relevant documentation. We will issue compensation at the full purchase value.
